I had a very positive experience working with Firas to purchase a 2021 XC60. He was much easier to work with than the multitude of other Volvo dealerships and salespeople that I was contacting in the Chic purchase a 2021 XC60. He was much easier to work with than the multitude of other Volvo dealerships and salespeople that I was contacting in the Chicagoland area. Was worth the drive to Oak Park. Of note, we were able to finalize all the paperwork outside to avoid Covid risk. Only gripe I have is that the vehicle was delivered with less than half a tank of gas, but that could have been due to that fact that I was interested in driving the vehicle off the lot the same day. I recommend working with Firas to others looking at Volvos in the Chicago area. More

Service was good, but the recall had already been done and was not mentioned when I made the appt. I left my car for another recall that I was told didn't need to be done if I checked it at home (seat be and was not mentioned when I made the appt. After waiting for months not hearing anything regarding the replacement hatch for my XC90. I called and spoke with Marc, he looked into the situation returned my call, set up an appointment for the follow the replacement hatch for my XC90. I arrived was greeted within a few minutes. He replaced the part, washed and vacuumed my car, with no charge, I was on my way. Best service yet!! More

Although I purchased my Volvo at another location, This Volvo Service is near my home and will be using it to service my car (s ). I've had it only for 5 months and after the first snow, the tire pressure Volvo Service is near my home and will be using it to service my car (s ). I've had it only for 5 months and after the first snow, the tire pressure light came on. I drove it to the service department and they checked my car out and cleared any codes all within 15 minutes.
