Cane in for 30k mile service and to have Start/Stop maintenance message looked into. Work was done promptly, and was very happy to have a loaner for the day. However, even though the auxiliary battery maintenance message looked into. Work was done promptly, and was very happy to have a loaner for the day. However, even though the auxiliary battery was replaced, the Start/Stop function has not worked once in the two days since, even in appropriate temperatures and driving conditions. It's been a constant nuisance since the car was purchased, and didn't seem to be resolved. Also, as a side note, a few of the technicians and support people came into the service office area not wearing masks to talk to other associates. Also, pens were being reused between people. I get that it's tough, but given the spread of COVID right now, I expected better protocols to ensure customer safety. More
