Brought my vehicle in for 60k mile service. Was quoted the price and explained what work was included, only to find out that replacing spark plugs was not included as I had been told. Considering that work was not included, the value and experience was negatively impacted - I just didn't get what I thought I was paying for. To add insult to injury, I made an appointment for 7am and was told that it would be ready in the afternoon if I left or I could wait and it would be done by 9:30am. Sitting in a dealer waiting area during COVID was not the ideal option for me, but I had to tell them I would wait because I had other commitments for the afternoon. An unnecessary waste of time considering that I live several blocks from the store and could safely wait at home for 2.5 hours. More

I was told the work being done should take no more than 1 hour and a half. I waited for over 2 hours and had to pay $50 even though I pay extra each month for coverage for any maintenance or any damage on my hour and a half. With my high payments and this inconvenience makes me consider getting a different vehicle. Because when I ask the guy to look up the coverage he stated he couldn’t and that I have to pay to get my car. More

Robert Fellows stands out among service reps - exceedingly responsive, detail oriented, good with explanations and overal good over the past 5 years.
