Third Time for Same Problem - Horrible Communication In at 8:30 AM for third time for the same issue. Service rep told me he'd have info for me by 11:30 AM. Never called back so I called at 1:00 PM only to find out car was being driven to replicate the issue. Service rep told me he'd have info for me shortly. Never called back again so I called at 2:30 PM and left a message. Called again at 3:00pm and told car was repaired, same issue corrected from prior two visits. Went to pick up car as it was just going through the wash. Another service rep told me it would be a couple minutes. After standing around for ten or more minutes, the cashier finally went to find out what was taking so long and told me it was coming out soon. More

Just had another A++ experience - my service, rep, Robert, went above and beyond with a house call of sorts. Hybrid was tethered to its charging station in downtown OP. Placed service request online with comments regarding loaner vehicle. No response from dealer. Called dealer a day before service as was told they didn't have loaner available. Took car for scheduled ser loaner vehicle. No response from dealer. Called dealer a day before service as was told they didn't have loaner available. I was kept informed of progress while the work was being done, had unexpected issues explained to me in detail a The service I received was excellent. I was kept informed of progress while the work was being done, had unexpected issues explained to me in detail and was able to then make informed decisions about additional service work. I held back one star from the rating for two reasons: (1) The link in an email reminder that it was time for service did not work properly, leading to a page of options that did not apply to me and didn't include the one that prompted the reminder email in the first place. When I sent an email complaining about this I got multiple irrelevant responses which just compounded the situation. Dumb and dumber system. (2) The music that was playing in the upstairs waiting area was tolerable for a short time, but incredibly annoying after several hours. I was there a long time because of additional recommended service that I chose to have done, but by the time the car was ready I was about to run screaming from the room. Really folks, zero music is necessary. You'll never pick something that everyone likes, and more random ambient noise in our lives is never, ever welcome anywhere, anytime. More
