I think Marc Kubil has a lot to do with the integrity of the service department. Marc is a honest, considerate and thoughtful. Marc has NEVER suggested a service that wasn't necessary. If the recommended service repairs are costly Marc always try to find a coupon to help with the expenses, without having to ask! More

attention to customer experience We purchased this CPO at the dealership and came in first time for service/oil change two days before Xmas. Marc and John took care of everything and We purchased this CPO at the dealership and came in first time for service/oil change two days before Xmas. Marc and John took care of everything and kept me updated in the waiting area. I had my questions answered, some minor concern looked at, and felt assured afterwards that the car would do well this winter when it has to park outside somewhere much colder and snowier. I was in and out within 45 minutes, but I wouldn't hold them to it every time. It wasn't busy while I was there. Definitely coming back for future service needs. More
