Good service but improvement needed on follow through action I experienced excellent service up until my meeting with the car advisor. Buying a newer car can be stressful and even after reading the owners manual, I feel it would have been helpful to review the functions/features with the car advisor. I feeling that after my purchase I no longer matter and this is wrong. This is my second purchase from Volvo of Oak Park, and my third Volvo purchase. I have an expectation of better follow through service. More

Recall gone bad Brought car in per the recall notice. They "fixed" the recall issue with the coolant hoses. 2 days later car alert while in downtown chicago went on Brought car in per the recall notice. They "fixed" the recall issue with the coolant hoses. 2 days later car alert while in downtown chicago went on saying coolant low...turn off engine. Turns out the coolant had completed leaked out and was empty. Spent too much time back and forth on the phone with service..Finally picked up car with loaner. When they did the recall "fix" created a problem that did't exost priot to drop off. Lack of care and responsibilty was shocking !!!!!! Will tell others to take their cars elsewhere for service More
