frustrating from start to finish Jan made the appt. for me (recall and maintenance) and promised a loaner. When I said my A/C seems inadequate he said will check BUT IT'S A YEAR OLD CAR so it won't be as "new"...at 3400 miles driven this Volvo is not supposed to have good A/C anymore??? Wow. It was checked and they said it's OK. I have no problem with that. He said they will call when the car is ready, the work should take 2.5 hours. At 6:30 PM I finally became desperate and called to ask what going on. I was told the car is ready and please rush as we are closing at 7:00 PM. Unbelievable. More

My wish from ALL the service employees is that they take the initiative to show us the problem instead of having to request to see it. It's not only a matter of trust, It's also a matter of educating us about our cars to establish the trust necessary to continue to grow the relationship. After all, when are done with the purchase of our vehicle our continued relationship and any referrals depends on how we are treated by the service department....I will add that Jamir was great! No issues with him whatsoever!! More
