Been buying from The BMW Store since 2004. Not changing. My Countryman was totaled a few weeks ago and I was looking for a vehicle. I decided to look at pre-owned BMW 3 series. I had an appt with John, whom I had worked with in 2013 when buying the Countryman. John was great! He had several cars in mind and we test drove 2. The second car was a keeper. It was near closing on a Friday so John whipped through the basic paperwork, gave me a great price on the car and we came back Sat to finish the financing with Jemar. John and I ended the evening checking on a fledgling morning dove he had been looking after during the day. You cannot go wrong with The BMW Store and John Beam. Now onto Jemar. Jemar had all our paperwork ready to go, answered every question we had, and we were through with financing in about 15 minutes. Jemar also handled the refunding of the remainder of the warranty on my Countryman. He is very personable and very competent. Very Satisfied First Time Luxury Car Buyer I had been searching for the right used mid-sized luxury car for about 3 months and was attracted to the BWWStore since they had the largest selection I had been searching for the right used mid-sized luxury car for about 3 months and was attracted to the BWWStore since they had the largest selection of pre-owned 5-Series BMWs at 19 vehicles. My sales advisor was and still is Nick Norman, and after I described what I was looking for, my wife and I test drove a 328xi, 550xi and 535xi. After expressing interest in the CPO 535xi because of the way it drove and handled (turbocharged inline 6 with the 8sp automatic is superb!), Nick suggested I take the vehicle home for a couple of days which was great...it allowed me to check the vehicle over, learn some of its features and do some research. I had some questions during the off hours and Nick was kind enough to get back with me so that when I returned the vehicle I was ready to make an offer which was accepted. The bonus part of the deal was that the BMWStore took my high mileage Accord off of my hands for what I could achieve in a private sale. The management and finance discussions went very smoothly also...I would definitely recommend the BMWStore to my friends and acquaintances. More

Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction, and if Mat didn't know the answer he didn't lie or make something up - he went and asked a technician or the appropriate party. For financing, I dealt with Conor. Conor is easily one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with. Financing isn't exactly fun or exciting but having a guy like Conor talk you through every last detail really cements that gut feeling that you're buying from the right place.
