Excellent experience The BMW Store is a well run organization with quality personnel. They have an excellent facility and do not use high pressure sales tactics. My first visit was in October just to get a feel for the different models BMW offered. A second visit in November to drive a 430 to see how I liked it. A third visit in December where I told them I was not going to spend time negotiating I just wanted their best offer and that's exactly what they provided. I highly recommend visiting the BMW Store if you are interested in a BMW. Even if your not, BMW's selection of vehicles is worth seeing. More

The BMW Store - Upgrade from a 2002 325i to a CPO 2014 335xi Not being new to BMW, I've had some time during the past 15 years to experience different BMW dealers and facilities from states like Chicago, Vermont Not being new to BMW, I've had some time during the past 15 years to experience different BMW dealers and facilities from states like Chicago, Vermont, Charlotte and now Cincinnati. Usually, the facility and people are what you would expect for BMW (e.g. clean, comfortable facility, exceptional sales and service, cappuccino machine, etc.). Besides the car itself, this is what makes the whole buying experience worth while and separates BMW from other dealers. The most important factor, however, is trust. If I don't trust the sales, service or finance group, nothing else matters. The BMW Store team, is the perfect example for the rest of the country of how to create and maintain that trust. During my recent purchase of my 2014 CPO 335xi (December 2016), I was more than pleasantly surprised with everything from sales discussions though signing the financial papers. Both Nick Norman and Conner O'Somachain went above and beyond my expectations. Since I tend to hold on to my cars for awhile, all I can say is, thank you for making this the experience that I remembered 15 years ago. Congratulations guys, you've made the list. More
