428xi Gran Coupe Heaven My wife and I went into the dealership expecting the usual tactics and hassle you get at most dealerships. We never got that. My buyer experience at the BMW Store was exceptional and pleasant. We never felt pressured or unattended too - both of which are major turn offs. Customer service will make or break a deal for me on minor and major purchases and that assumes you have a product I want to purchase. You will loose me as quick as you get me if you get it wrong. From the time we started working with our sales man until the time we closed the deal on the vehicle, the BMW Store got it RIGHT!!! Closing on the purchase was just as pleasant as the test drive. Even after closing on the vehicle purchase, there was a minor issue that needed to be resolved and the BMW Store handled it with no hassle. Needless to say my wife and I are more than happy with the new car and the buying process helped make it the Ultimate Driving Experience. Thanks Chris L.ykins.
