REPEAT CUSTOMER !!!! IVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH NICK AND THE TEAM OVER AT BMW. I LIVE IN NEW YORK AND IM LOCATED ABOUT 5 MINUTES FROM ONE OF THE LARGEST BMW DEALERSHI IVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH NICK AND THE TEAM OVER AT BMW. I LIVE IN NEW YORK AND IM LOCATED ABOUT 5 MINUTES FROM ONE OF THE LARGEST BMW DEALERSHIPS IN THE TRI-STATE AREA. BUT I REFUSE TO ORDER A CAR FROM ANYONE ELSE. IVE BEEN BUYING HIGH END VEHICLES FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS NOW. MERCEDES, AUDI, CADILLAC AND BMW. AND HAVE DELT WITH 100 CAR SALESMAN. BECAUSE IM VERRRRYYYY PICKY AND I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT, NOT MANY SALESMAN CAN JUST SELL ME ANY CAR ON THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR. BUT NICK WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME EACH TIME I PURCHASED AND ACTUALLY PUT SOME WORK AND TIME IN AND FOUND ME *EXACTLY* WHAT I WANTED. HE DROVE A TOTAL OF 20 HOURS TO MAKE SURE I HAD MY CAR ON THE DATE HE PROMISED ME. HES DELT WITH ME BETTER THEN ANYONE IVE EVER DELT WITH. IM A SALESMAN BY BLOOD. NOT TRAINING. AND THIS KIDS GOT IT!!!!! AND FOR THAT HE HAS MY BUSINESS UNTILL IM AN OLD MAN! More

In fact all the people there where genuinely good people to deal with and talk to. It was the best auto buying experence that both my wife and I have ever had. Matt and his dealership went way above and beyond to make sure our experence was both pleasent and quick also their attention to detail while preping our car for delivery was awesome. And the time Matt spent going over the car and its features with my wife was way more then I expected. My next car will be a BMW from the BMW Store. HANDS DOWN. More

He made it so easy and ultimately found OUR car, which had just come into Port. In addition, Conor O'Somachain was wonderful as well! I have dealt with other BMW dealerships and now choose to drive three hours to have my cars serviced. I was fortunate enough to deal with Chris Lykins who was always fast to respond to emails and get the car that we wanted. Not only does Chris provide a level of service that sets him apart from other reps I have worked with in the past, he is highly knowledgable about every aspect of the car buying process. It is apparent Chris has a high level of expertise that shows he is not only knowledgable but passionate about his product. More

I had a few followup questions for Dean, and emailed them to him on Sunday, his day off. Dean quickly returned my emails with answers to my questions. Dean made the process very easy for me. I highly recommend asking for Dean Stathes if you head to the BMW Store. More
