Great Service and Buying Experience I stopped by on Sat. running a little late to look at a pre-owned BMW 328i. Was greeted by Nick Norman about 5 minutes before closing. He gladly stayed and showed me the one car I came to see. He went over all the details of that car. He said he would have it all cleaned up for me to see and drive on Monday. I looked online at several other 328s The BMW Store had in stock over the weekend. I went in on Monday, and wound up buying a different 328i I found (the other one was a cleaned up too). Nick was very patient and even let me buy the more expensive 328i. He was very professional and fun to work with. Nick is a true car enthusiast a he knows his BMWs! Chico Robinson was also very professional and great to work with! Thanks guys! More

From the very first time that me and my wife walked into the busy show room, Paul Kolleck was very pers I decided to upgrade into a 5 Series from a 3. From the very first time that me and my wife walked into the busy show room, Paul Kolleck was very personal. He quickly approached us and introduced himself immediately as I had noticed some of the other sales associate walk by us without saying a word...as I was intentionally underdressed for a place like a BMW dealership and looked like someone that could not afford one. He listened to everything that I had to say. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions without any pressure. We left the dealership with an order for 2015 535i M Sport. He was always fast in returning my messages on when I had questions... and also while making a slight modification to my order (adding a black kidney grille). He was able to get my car built and delivered within 6 weeks. Me and my wife agreed that it was our best car buying experience. If you do visit the BMW store, ask for Paul. More
