We were not planning to buy a BMW at first. We have owned two Lexus cars and really like them. We also looked at Audi and Mercedes but liked the BMW better. Very easy to work with! The overall experience with the BMW Store was great! We were looking for a pre-owned car and I was able to chat online with a salesperson to confirm The overall experience with the BMW Store was great! We were looking for a pre-owned car and I was able to chat online with a salesperson to confirm the car was still available. I drove to the dealership and an hour later we were driving off with our car. The process was seamless. Paul was very welcoming and did not come off as your typical sales guy (i.e., very low pressure). I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to check out the BMW store. More

Paul Kolleck won't steer you wrong! I came into the BMW store not really knowing what I wanted. Paul Kolleck is a great listener. He showed me several cars and quickly pointed out the pro/cons based on my particular situation. If he hadn't taken the time to listen to my "must have" list and consider my budget conscience nature, I highly doubt I bought a BMW. He found the perfect for me. I've been driving it a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier. He's also very responsive to my daily questions about its operations... I know I could go to the owner's manual but Paul cuts to the chase and I really appreciate his work before and after the sale! More

Perfect Customer Service I was very pleased with the customer service provided to me from Chris Lykins. He was both patient and attentive to my needs. He provided accurate and detailed information as I researched my first BMW. Due to my work schedule I was only able to communicate to Chris through emails and voice messages. His emails and voice messages were always timely and detailed. Chris provided me with options and information that went beyond my expectations and I walked with a great detail and a terrific looking BMW. Chris treated me like a family member rather than just a customer. The finance part of the detail was smooth and quick. Chico was knowledgeable of the financing program and he was quick with the paperwork portion of our meeting. I completed my paperwork in less than 30 minutes. I walked away with more information than anticipated about financing my current BMW as well as one in the future. Chico was helpful and again I felt as if I was his family member as he assisted me with completing the necessary paperwork. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of service provided to me by both Chris and Chico. I was excited about the bag of BMW items that I received from the Sales Manager as well. The BMW Store has my vote for dealership of the year! More
