I enjoyed my overall experience with The BMW Store in Cincinnati. I've never purchased a BMW (or any other "Luxury" brand) before now. My other dealership experiences were at GM, Subaru, Toyota or Mazda Cincinnati. I've never purchased a BMW (or any other "Luxury" brand) before now. I was impressed with the attention to detail, cleanliness and the professional atmosphere in the dealership building itself. My sales contact was certainly knowledgable about the cars and was helpful and unhurried with the process. Once we had come to an agreement on car and price, I was taken around the dealership to see where the service department is located. White lab coats? Nice german touch! Free car washes? Woo hoo! My experience with the finance manager was very pleasant - no surprises. All in all, it was an easy transaction. Now that I have the car, I love everything about it. I just went in for my first car wash and service consultation (just questions about the car) and the people in the service bay were super friendly. The car rolls in after the wash and, voila...my new car experience all over again! The best part: they made me feel like I was buying something special. That this was not an ordinary car or an ordinary dealer relationship. I look forward to continuing this relationship. After only one week, I'm a very happy customer. More

This is my third BMW purchased at the BMW store. I was interested in a used 2011 x3 to replace my 2004 x3. Wow! What a different vehicle -- but all the changes are for the better. Paul did a great job explaining it all to me and I immediately fell in love with the car. Based on my research prior to visiting the BMW Store, the price of the car was in line with Blue Book and Edmunds. The deal was done quickly and painlessly. Connor was super pleasant and efficient with the paperwork -- and just a nice person to chat with. I picked up my car the following day and it was spotless. Paul made sure I understood how to operate the navigation, phone and radio system before I left the lot. I immediately drove straight across country (to Colorado) and the car was a joy. My entire experience with the BMW store was amazing. Chris Lykins is 100% customer service focused. He made my lease experience easy and quick. I bought a 550 from Paul 3 years ago and enjoyed the car. I came back for my second BMW. Paul was very helpful and set me up with a car that I really like (335 M package). We had been looking for an M3 for over a month. We tried working with our local BMW dealer in Knoxville but they showed little interest in helping even though we had bought a 2013 BMW X5 from them. We searched all the normal sites and found several cars to our liking but before we could get in touch with the dealership the cars were sold. Then we found this car on cars.com and immediately got in touch with John Beam. My wife actually found the car and called John to check availability. When she was told by John that the car was available she called me. I was on business travel to Wash DC and I called John. We agreed to the principles of the deal Wednesday night and on Friday my wife and I drove to Cincinnati. The immediate first impression of the dealership was amazingly positive as we were greeted as soon as we came in the door. We explained we were looking for John and we directed to him. John was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and prepared. He had the M3 ready for us to test drive and then when we returned he had the paperwork ready. In a relatively short time we were back on the road to Knoxville with our 2012 M3. This was a great buying experience. My wife stated on the trip back home that "the next time we are in the market for a BMW we will come back to the BMW Store." More
Chris was incredibly helpful in my search for a new car. I was very specific about my needs and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The test drive experience was very helpful and Chris's knowledge about the features of the car we drove as well as the car I had been driving were impressive. He was able to clearly outline the pros and cons of the car (and he admitted to a few cons, which I found valuable). They were willing to negotiate with me to ensure that we found the right car at the right price. The delivery experience was also quite exceptional. Chris sat with me for more than 30 minutes, setting up the instruments in the car to my liking. Chris has continued to be very helpful, answering questions I had after I took possession. Overall, the prices are just slightly higher than the local competitor, but their service more than makes up for this. More
