This is my third BMW and my third opportunity to work with Paul Kolleck. I met with Paul a few weeks ago, decided on the model, and just as he said the car was here ready to be delivered. Susan was v with Paul Kolleck. I met with Paul a few weeks ago, decided on the model, and just as he said the car was here ready to be delivered. Susan was very helpful explaining all the new features and helping me with my preferred settings. You have a great team there that makes the task of obtaining a car, often stressful, easy and comfortable. Since I am a converted BMW driver, I hope I will see and work with Paul and Susan when is time to upgrade in a couple of years. More

Recently had a new-to-me certified used BMW X3 M40i purchase towed bc I suspected an engine issue due to a loud squealing and grinding noise. I was absolutely nervous as to the problem.
