Another good experience Paul did a great job finding a replacement vehicle for expiring lease, a 3-series previously used as a loaner to hold down lease costs. He also went the extra mile to have people in detailing "rub out" a mark on the car being turned in to avoid being hit with lease-end vehicle damage charge. I always dread having to turn in a leased vehicle after having gotten used to it during the past 3 years, but Susan was very helpful with explaining different features on the new vehicle. Katelyn made lease-end inspection very easy. Eric got us in and out of there quickly, making paperwork painless. I am keeping fingers crossed that making the first payment in late October will be equally easy with the BMW financing department. In the past we have needed a "contract number" to set up electronic payments, but nowhere in the lease paperwork does a contract number appear and in the past it has been challenging to get the contract number from BMW finance. Hopefully, it will be shown on the October invoice ... More
