When the salesperson was not available the particular day my wife and I arrived (didn't know it was his day off), Ric was able and willing to spend time with us including a short demo drive. For a Sales Manager position, I consider this way up and beyond normal for a person so busy. He spent the time with us and answered our questions. Even back to the dealership, Ric was always out to greet and see how we were doing. I've never had such an amazing car sales experience, especially from a busy, busy Sales Manager.
