The service team, with manager Tim, are responsive, honest, and deliver great service. We like that The BMW Store is a family owned dealership that only does BMWs, not part of a multi-dealership corporation. we have a BMW dealer 5 minutes from our home, but drive the 30 minutes to get to the BMW Store --- very different place.
