I was very interested in purchasing the car, but was also considering a completely different make, and Brian did a great job understanding and addressing my questions on the car features and pricing. He and Ric Koresky were terrific in working with me--no gamesmanship, but clear willingness to help get the deal done, including smart financing approaches. I felt like a valued customer, and not pressured to make a purchase. Once I made the deal, Susan Ward did a great job highlighting all the capabilities of the car, and Jemar was very helpful working through the financing. Before delivery a small scratch was discovered on bumper. They would not deliver the car until this was corrected to my satisfaction. This is an example of thoroughness of this dealership. Mr Morrison accommodated my schedule for a new delivery date. Ric Koresky explained in detail the minor problem, repair that was done and documented it for me. I may have not noticed the minor blemish if they hadn't told me about it. He stated they would not release a vehicle unless it was perfect. I appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. More
