I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee or Liberty. I'm a recent Widow, and this is the first Car/SUV I've bought on my own. You know the drill. Just there to listen to what I wanted. He did his VERY best to get in what I wanted for the right price. My purchase wasn't a shotgun purchase. I visited Craig for at least 1 month, before I bought my Jeep. And even after 1 month of seeing me, and not purchasing a vehicle, he was always the same nice guy. Didn't matter if I bought or not. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, and the employees' experience and professionalism made the entire experience painless. When I first arrived to the faircy boys on Saturday November 19th I was greeted by Mike Mason. He introduced himself with a smile and was very friendly. Kerri was extreemly helpful by keeping us informed while we waited for the 2012's to come out.
