It was very refreshing to simply browse and have questions answered without immediately being asked for my driver’s license! I so wish I was joking about that too. My husband and I have bought at least 6 new vehicles over the past 10 years and have never walked away feeling as well treated and respected as we did buying our latest vehicle from Faricy Boys. Even the following day, when I came in to pick the vehicle up, Dave I think was more excited for me then even I was! LOL! I told him I will not buy another vehicle in the future that is not sold by him. The finance guy was knowledgeable, just as friendly and just left my husband and I feeling like another trusting relationship has been established. I had been bringing my Durango to Faricy Boys for oil changes, detailing and maintenance over the past 4 years and have built wonderful relationships and, even what I would consider friendships, with both Michael and Erin! First of all, I must say I have preferred Toyota for some time. I have had four 4Runners (1986,1990,1996,2003) and have always enjoyed their vehicles. I drove a 2011 4Runner and was not as impressed. I looked at a Lexus GX460 that I liked, but was outside my budget – especially if I added the technology. I saw the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Outlander at another dealer and was very impressed with the appearance, quality, features, technology and price. The Internet research I did convinced me the Jeep was a ground-up redesign with rave reviews. However, that dealer was not willing to negotiate much and used the old “turnover to a manager” style of sales – way too greasy for me. I called The Faricy Boys and worked with Tom Dominguez. It was immediately apparent he was willing to work with me. When I arrived at the dealership, Tom met me as I drove in. I met Ryan Fremont and I was impressed with him as well. I initially wanted an Outlander with a V8. They showed me an Outlander Summit that had all the features I wanted, but it was a V6. They found the same vehicle with a V8 in Denver and were willing to have it brought to the dealership the next day. They offered a price that was more than $2K less than the first dealer. The GX460 was easily one and a half times the price of Outlander Summit and did not have all the features! Tom offered the V6 Outlander Summit to take home overnight and until the V8 could be obtained from Denver. I drove it home and was impressed with the power of the V6. The Toyota V6 sounded like it was internally hemorrhaging when I got into it. The Outlander V6 was smooth, quiet, and responsive. The overall handling was very amazing. My wife loved it. I called Tom on his cell and told him hold up on the V8. I wanted to drive the V6 a bit longer and in the morning I wanted to test-drive a V8 again. My wife and I did just that, and while the V8 was more powerful, we decided the V6 was powerful enough for our needs and preferred the better mileage. We bought the V6 Outlander Summit along with a lifetime warranty. Sorry for the book here, but I really appreciated Tom’s patience and willingness to ensure I found the right vehicle. The whole process of purchasing the vehicle was without the stress that was my past experience. As a general rule, do not recommend a dealership until have had lots of experience with them. So, one purchase is not enough. The salesman Ron Karnard did an excellent job on his OWN merit though, stri have had lots of experience with them. So, one purchase is not enough. I would ask for Ron again if personally buying another vehicle, but cannot refer anyone unless have more experience with dealership. Easy to work with and the financing was quick - I hate spending all day in a dealership when buying a car. I was there a little over an hour after the deal was made - which I appreciated. Hi my name is Christy Mason. My husband and I were recommended to Faricy by my dad and brother. They both had recently bought vehicles there. We had a 02 Dodge Grand Caravan on its last legs. I had spoken to my dad and he said to give you guys a try. On Saturday the 12th of March I headed over to see what you guys had. Both my dad and brother worked with Tom and Steve so I thought I would stick with them. I got to Faricy around 11:15 or so and met with Tom. After meeting with him for a few minutes, I met up with Steve. He was so awesome. He sat and listened to what we needed in a new vehicle and what the payments needed to be. Within about 30 minutes he had 3 cars to choose from. We ended up agreeing on a 06 Chrysler Town and Country. It had everything similar to what was in the old van but newer. It was going to be easy making that transition since I had the Dodge for over 8 years and was used to everything in it. By 5:00 that evening my husband had arrived @ Faricy and all we had to do was sign the papers. It was painless. Buying a car should be this easy all the time. I loved the fact that they didn't put me in a car that I would fall in love with but couldn't afford. I love that about Faricy. Later that evening after we had left the dealership we found that there were lights that were not working in the vehicle. I called Tuesday morning and spoke with Tom and he asked if I could bring it back and they would service it. He recommended that I talk to Larry. So I brought it back and spoke to Larry. He inturn brought me over to meet Mike in the service department. I had told him my delema about the map light not working as well as one of the instrument panel lights. He set an appointment with me for Wednesday morning to fix both of them. I can not say enough how greatful the customer service at Faricy is. They got me in and out in the service department. They even decided to replace the other map light; even though it was working the lights had gotten so hot that the plastic around them had melted to the bulb. They went above and beyond what they had to do. My husband and I are very proud owners of a van from Faricy. We will recommend to anyone to go to you guys. It was the best experience in buying a car we have ever had. Here in a couple years my son will be driving and we will be back up here again. You have made the Mason family very happy and we thank you. I have a reliable car I can depend on. Thanks for everything. More
My enquiry came as a resilt of the internet and AMEX. AMEX came up with quotes from 3 dealerships, yours, Go on So Broadway, and Colorado Chrysler on Havana. All 3 of the dealerships called me within 10 minutes. Emily was the only one that came up with the idea of an Overland because of the all options I wanted on the Limited. Ron called me the next morning, yesterday, and I gave him the background on my shopping. I decided to drive to your dealership with my trade to see if I could get at least close to the amount that my research had indicated it was worth. I already knew what the price was going to be on the new one if I found what I wanted. Ron was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process and I ended up buying a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. If Ron were one of my employees I would be very proud of him In the end I dealt with Steve for all the paper work and was very satisified with the lack of high pressure. Let me assure it would not have worked with me. Anyway, my overall rating, GREAT! More
Came in for lease buy out and ended up leaving with new jeep, with lower payment than I had before. Jason was very quick in get us approved and calling with the information on our new loan. I would specifically recommend Michael Cope for the service department. I have been to this dealership for maintance and repairs. I have had maintance pushed on me that was not needed. Upon declining the extra costly "recommened" maintance the advisor became pushy and a bit rude. It went as far as him telling me my warranty wouldn't be any good if I didn't do the maintance and he would annotate it in my record. I was following the Chrylser recommened maintance schedule that came with my Jeep. Dealing with advisors like this makes me very skeptical of anything any advisor recommends etc. Mr. Cope explains any findings and is truthful/upfront about what is really needed and what can potentially wait if it was something I could'nt afford all at once. He has shown me the problems identified as well. I have dealt with him on many occassions and he has built back some trust in advisors that I had completly lost before. More
