Fast, efficient and courteous service I returned to Frederick Motor Company recently to shop for my next Outback, thinking I would have to place an order. When I decided to purchase an in-stock vehicle instead, I only had 2 hours to get out the door, financing and all. Walter and the staff at Frederick Motor Company made that happen with efficiency, expertise, friendly and easy to understand explanations of everything from paperwork to features in my new car, and no pressure tactics. I went to pickup a Subaru Impreza and as we sat down to get paper work done we were informed that someone had already put a deposit on the vehicle and unfortunately he could not make the sale to me that day. He then got on his computer and found the exact vehicle I wanted located in northern Maryland. The next day he sent a driver to go pick up this vehicle for me upon arrival they noticed the vehicle had a number of scratches and he did not accept it that way because he told me "I will not sell you a damaged car". In the same day they found another Impreza of the same model in Virginia. They picked up the vehicle and had it to me all in the same day. Frederick Motor Company was one of many that had the color, trim and options that I wanted. Because they were local, I decided to stop by and test drive the vehicle however it was still in transit to the dealership. Chris Curry was amazing...he was a pleasure to work with, answered all questions, was not pushy and promised a call as soon as the car was available (which occurred a few days later). Upon delivery, my husband and I came to the dealership, took the vehicle out for a spin and negotiated a very affordable price (anyone that can negotiate with my hard-ball husband deserves an award)!
