We visited several other dealerships, both Subaru and other makes, but no one educated us on the car itself like Chris did. He was also extremely congenial, no pressure, just striving to make the process as easy as possible for us with our two kids in tow. Beyond that, everyone at the dealership is genuinely friendly, which says more than anyone's words could. Even the session with the finance manager was relaxed, not the usual tense, pressure-filled affair that makes me vow never to visit X dealership again. Finally, the two times we've had the Outback in for maintenance have been so easy. I love that they will let you make an appointment and wait, and their waiting area is very comfortable. Ashley King in Subaru service is a delight, so friendly and considerate. I could go on, but suffice it to say, my husband and I are beyond happy with Frederick Motors and our Outback. More

We had been working with Mark for a couple of months as we tried to narrow down exactly what we wanted. He called us last week to inform us that a new truckload was in transit that had one model, the 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R, that he thought we'd be interested in. Then on the day it arrived he called us and we set an appointment for 11 that morning to test drive it. We loved. A couple of hours later we drove off the lot in a new car. They appraised our old car and gave us a fair price as a trade-in and they even knocked a little off the MSRP on this hot selling model that was so in demand that another customer was hovering in the hopes that we'd choose a 4 cylinder model so he could have the 6. They then prepped the car for us, arranged the financing, and it was ours. Mark then spent some time showing us how everything works. Turns out this car with its Eyesight Technology package can do a lot! Once we were comfortable with everything we shook hands and set out on the open road for a nice drive followed by a nice dinner out. We are very happy with the car and with Mark and the team at Frederick Motor Company. Definitely would recommend these folks. More
