Our recent experience with Walter Smith and the staff at The Frederick Motor Company was great. Although we knew we’d be buying a car within a week or so, we hadn’t decided on the exact car or dealership. The Frederick Motor Company was great. How fortunate we were that we stopped by The Frederick Motor Company and Walter was the one to come out and greet us on that bitter cold day! He spent a great deal of time answering our questions, going for a test drive and answering more questions. After a second day of looking at cars at other dealerships, we returned the third day to purchase our Fusion from Walter. He took the time to explain all of the features and even introduced us to the Service staff. It’s rare to find a salesman (of any product) who is that knowledgeable and also interested in the customer. It was a great experience, and we would recommend those in the marker for a new (or used) car to visit the dealership and talk to Walter. More

Originally looking at a Ford Edge for my wife, about 3 days away from "go" time she changed her mind after seeing a commercial for the Subaru Forrester. Both purchased within a weeks time. This vehicle purchase was my second purchase from The Frederick Motor Company, and from Andy Messer. It was wonderful. As a full-time student I was nervous when looking to upgrade my starter car for some Frederick Motor Company, and from Andy Messer. It was wonderful. As a full-time student I was nervous when looking to upgrade my starter car for something still fuel and cost efficient but a little larger with four wheel drive, Andy helped me find the Escape that was perfect for me, and helped me find the best financing deal possible! Andy was really helpful in explaining different options of Escapes, and explaining the new features in my Escape. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. And though I don't plan to buy a new car anytime soon, when I do I will certainly go back to Andy at Ford Motor Company. More

We went to the dealership to replace our 2006 Corolla commuter car. We were interested in a Ford Focus. We were very pleased that the dealership had many to choose from.
