Traded in a Subaru Outback for a 2013 Fusion- process was smooth and quick. Not only was the color of the Fusion available, but so was the options for a price that beat local competitors. Walter took time to show all the features on the car and gave an overview of all manuals we had coming with the new car and answered any questions that we had. Before leaving the lot with the new car, Walter had helped us set up Sync My Ride, helped set radio/Sirus, and even showed how to work the voice commands after he showed us how to link our phones to the car. Janie was great to work with. Very professional. The vehicle we wanted had been sold that moring before we arrived and the whole staff worked very hard to find us the exact one we wanted. We were treated with respect and patience as we made the choice of a vehicle that would meet our needs and price range. It was not easy as we arrived thinking we wanted a Forester and after the test drive choice of a vehicle that would meet our needs and price range. Walter took the time to show us other models and find a car on the lot that had the features that were important to us. He encouraged us to take a test drive in the Outback and we were sold on the vehicle. Then we started negotiating the deal. Again Walter made it clear that he would work hard to get us the deal we wanted and he did just that. By then we were very tired and not looking forward to the paperwork to close the deal. We were pleasantly surprised there also as the paperwork was quick and easy with friendly, efficient service. So we drove away that day with our new Subaru Outback and we could not be happier with Walter Smith and Frederick Motor Company. More
