First, It's great being back with Ford, my wife and I traded our Sebring Convertible for a new Escape. It's a great feeling when buying a vehicle that the sales person and everyone involved are courteous, respectful, and just plain genuine people. That has been hard to find in today's world. We found a great quality of personnel at this dealership as we made our rounds on the tour after our purchase.
