I contacted the salesperson I delt with in the past, Casey Krakowski to see if an upgrade was possible at the price I wanted to pay. When I went in to make the deal Casey sold me the vehicle for less than I thought. Honda of Joliet really kept their word in getting me a new car upgrade. More

Mike was very nice and helpful but my experience started with Jacqulin Rall via internet sales. She was very helpful and put me at ease because I hate going to car dealers. When I arrived, Chris, the sales manager greeted me and was very nice. He then put me with Mike who asked me a few questions and took me out for a test drive. I then left and was contacted by Mike and told my deal was done. I appreciate all the hard work that was done to get this deal done. I will never forget it and will be back for service, washes, etc. Mike was very nice about helping me and he worked his tail off so I am very appreciative. I am quite satisfied and thanks to Chris for letting me change my mind on the color of the vehicle about 5 times! More

He really paid attention to our preferences. We could tell that he really wanted us to have the vehicle that was best for us, not that he just wanted to sell a vehicle. We had been to other dealers to look around before this one, and the salespeople seemed like they only cared about making a sale. They didn't seem to have quality used vehicles, just vehicles to sell. Ubaldo was by far the best car salesman we have dealt with. We would recommend him specifically, and Honda of Joliet, to anyone we know who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thank you for assisting us in our used car purchase! More

This was my second purchase from Honda of Joliet. They have been very friendly and attentive without being pushy. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Josh Tornabeni , since we had investigated the type of vehicle we were looking for (SUV style) and comparing it to our DTS Cadillac, Josh showed and dis Tornabeni , since we had investigated the type of vehicle we were looking for (SUV style) and comparing it to our DTS Cadillac, Josh showed and discussed in detail all the various options and aspects of the Odyssey and Pilot models. Josh was very knowledgeable about the various product lines. He then provided us with the various booklets for us to review. We did not elect to test drive the vehicles at this time, since we were still checking other dealerships, but I must say we left the dealership with a wealth of knowledge. After visiting various dealerships we returned several days later for a test drive. Josh accompanied us on the ride and explained the various aspects of the vehicle in greater detail since this was our hands on experience, where as at other dealerships this was not the fact. Upon returning from the test drive and with total satisfaction of the performance of the vehicle we decided to purchase the Odyssey 5 TRG Elite. We had specified that the color to be Smokey Topax with the Truffle interior, which was not available at Honda of Joliet. Josh went to check on an availability of the the color and our options, he came back and stated that one had just come in with the color scheme and all the options. To the wife and I, we both felt that Josh put out that extra effort to satisfy his costumers. He had the vehicle brought to the front, in order for us to see if it was to our satisfaction, upon agreement he then coordinated the paper work and sale of vehicle to minimize our wait. As the car was being prep we completed the paper work with Dan, and we were then introduced to the service manager and parts people. Do to the timing Josh gave us a few quick review of the basic operations of the vehicle so we able to drive it home safely. The following day we came in and Josh spent several hours going over in great detail all the aspects of the electronics and mechanical attributes of the vehicle. Josh showed that he was concerned for our needs by explaining and keeping us informed during the entire purchasing process. Thanks again Josh for all the help and information.
