During the test drive of a used car, I was given false information about why something was not working. I hope that this was not purposeful. His professional, friendly, low pressure demeanor made the enitre process a pleasant experience. He took the the time to listen to our personal situation and needs, talked through different purchasing options and was knowledgeable about Honda's products. Being very sensitive to our extremely busy schedule, Brian set up a time for signing final paperwork and vehicle delivery rather than making us wait around for hours as a typical dealership would.
