Riley Niznik, a service associate at Honda of Joliet,took care of us and courteously offered us a Honda Fit to drive as a loaner while our car was being worked on. We were really impressed the way the "Honda Fit" drove and handled on the road. When we returned the loaner to pick up our CRV, we asked Riley about the "Fit". He was very informative and knowledgeable about the car. He even gave us a brochure and said if we have any questions, he would be happy to assist us. Our CRV has 215,000 miles and we knew it was time for new car. Yesterday, we decided to stop in at the dealership and we met a sales consultant,Josh Tornabeni. We told him Riley gave us a Honda Fit as a loaner and we really liked the way it handled as well as the gas mileage. We ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Fit. Josh was extremely knowledgeable as well as courteous. He had answers to all our questions and did not hurry us into a decision. This is the second car we have bought from Honda of Joliet.
