We have 2009 Honda Pilot with approximately $33,000 miles. We took the vehicle in for service after hearing a thumping noise near the driver's front tire. Our warranty had just expired 20 days prior miles. We took the vehicle in for service after hearing a thumping noise near the driver's front tire. Our warranty had just expired 20 days prior to the service visit. Turns out the struts and brackets were damaged and needed to be replaced. These usually last 75-100k miles. We felt we should not have to pay for these repairs as the vehicle is serviced by Honda on a regular basis and this should have been caught much earlier. I called our original sales person Oren Ferguson and he spoke on our behalf to the owner of the dealership and the Honda Goodwill. Honda ended up covering 90% of the cost to repair the vehicle. Oren helped turn a potentially bad situation around and made us happy at the end of the day. More

This dealership was not overbearing, but caring. Oren did a nice job of understanding our needs and did not pressure us at all which was nice. They did not have the color / interior we wanted so they needed to find one at another dealership. My only complaint is the the sales manager could have been more aggressive in finding our vehicle; if I can find like cars on the internet he should be able to do so as well. When I spoke with him, it seemed like my business was not a priority for him - next time he won't get a second chance. When the car finally arrived Oren did a nice job in delivering the vehicle and explaining all the features; he did this on his day off which both my wife and I appreciated. I've purchased my last 4 cars at this dealership; I'll definitely visit them again for my next vehicle. However, if they do not have the exact vehicle onsite then I will find it myself and shop my business at another Honda dealer. More

I went to Honda trying to get out of a car I could not afford and was upside down on. My goal was to get payments down by 100 dollars. Not only did I get a brand new car but my payments went down 130 do afford and was upside down on. My goal was to get payments down by 100 dollars. Not only did I get a brand new car but my payments went down 130 dollars. I ended up leading a Honda civic and Honda took my car I was upside down on. They gave me a good amount for my trade since it was only a year old. The difference was $3,000 but that included the tax title and license of the new car. Kurt was a great salesperson to work with and I would highly recommend him. I am very happy with my car and would buy another Honda in the future, in fact this is my second car leased from this dealership. More
