From the minute we walked into the dealership to get my van serviced, we were met with smiling faces and very friendly people. Mark Carlson was especially helpful. Mark told me where the waiting room was and then told that there was a waiting room with toys, separate TV, child-friendly books and magazines and child-sized chairs. My daughter was much happier here than in the regular waiting room. As soon as Mark heard from the service department that my van was going to take a little longer to fix than originally anticipated, he arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and get me a rental car for the day. (He asked if this was ok with me before doing so, but he did check into my extended warranty for me.) Mark went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my van, make my daughter and I comfortable and especially to help arrange for me to get a rental car. He was attentive to our needs, he was a great listener, and he was very knowledgable and friendly. Most of all he didn't smother us like salepeople at other dealerships in the area. He gave us time to think everything through. So besides the Honda Pilot being a great quality vehicle and having a nice low price, Josh Tornabeni's exceptional customer service won us over and we purchased our new Honda Pilot and are extremely happy with the overall experience. Came in for. 60,000 mile service and Fernando was very knowledgeable and knew just exactly what I needed. Not only by the mileage but time as well. Which I never knew before he informed me. My grandson totalled his 2009 Honda Civic he had previously purchased from Oren. We were looking to replace it with a similar car that was close to the one he had.
