I just recently Was in a car accident in which I totaled my car. Obvisouly I needed to begin to look for a new car. I began my quest at Honda of joliet, I went in with my guard up as I always do when going to purchase a car..I was greeted by mr. Tornabeni. I explained my situation and made it clear that I wasn't sure that I would even be purchasing a veicle that day. He was extremely attentive meaning that he asked what my situation was etc. He showed me a variety of cars, was extreamly patient with me and probably the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. I did not feel uncomfortable or pressured at any point which I usually do when buying a car, I was completely comfortable with him the entire time I was there. The best thing is that he took the time to show me cars in my budget with the things that I would like to have with the car. As I stated honda of joliet was my first stop so needless to say I did not purchase a car that day. I have been to couple other dealerships and can say that I have been less than impressed. I will most certainly be returning to Honda for one reason that would be mr. Tornabeni. I felt like he went above and beyond any salesman has ever done for me in the past. If Josh was as wonderful as a salesman I can expect that the rest of the staff at Honda of joliet can only be as good! Just wanted to commend Josh for all his help and time he took with me.
