I had service work done on my 2008 Accord due to spiders building a web in the EVAC system. At first, the webs were simply cleaned out but at another visit my service advisor, Riley suggested a couple doll building a web in the EVAC system. At first, the webs were simply cleaned out but at another visit my service advisor, Riley suggested a couple dollars part which would prevent this problem from reaccurring. He had the work completed quickly and inexpensively. I couldn't be happier with the solution and am glad Riley suggested it. I would definitely recommend Honda of Joliet for any service work you need done and if you want to work with a very helpful service advisor who really explains things well, I would ask for Riley. I know I will next time I go there. More

He is super knowledgeable and always very efficient. He really knows how to deal with people and make them feel comfortable. Richard Moffett is OUR sales guy! We won't go to anyone else, and why would we. He remembers us everytime we come in, and makes us feel so important. I've never felt pushed or strong armed into anything. He knows how to treat people, and give them a great experience! I have recommended him and Honda of Joliet to many friends and family. There is nothing wrong with the Honda of Joliet; in fact it is my go-to place in anything that deals with cars. Currently my family has 3 Hondas, and plenty of retired ones under our belt, whom all have be it is my go-to place in anything that deals with cars. Everyone there treats you with the utmost respect and they look forward to helping/serving you. They always get their work done right the first time, so the only reason to come back is to make another purchase or just to stop by and visit with the friendly staff. The overall experience is very satisfying, I know I put myself and my family into their hands and trust them 100% with me and my family’s well being. In regards to the price, they always have good deals running saving you your hard earned money. And when the deals don’t cut, you can always use one the coupons they always seems to have. All in all, anything car related the first person I call and recommend you call is the Honda of Joliet. More

Roger estimated my car to be ready it in 2 hours, and was done in 1 3/4 hours - best completion time given for a service appointment. Previously went to McGrath in Elgin and was left waiting for hours, with done in 1 3/4 hours - best completion time given for a service appointment.
