I called ahead of time last month because we had purchased cars here before. That salesman we had back in 2001 and 2002 was no longer there. I then talked with the finance guy, Dan Mac. We talked interest rates and I said we would be down next week. Well, it took a few more weeks. When we could go, I again called Dan to let him know. When we got there that day Josh Tornabeni was waiting for us outside and Dan was waiting inside. There was no haggling. Neither Josh nor I like haggling. He asked my price. I told him. He went to his boss for an approval. He appraised the used car we were trading. As simple as: " We accept the price you wanted and here is what we can give on your trade(which had a 172,000 miles on it) and the deal was done. The rest was paperwork. Working with Dan Mac, the finance guy was just as easy. Everything was detailed and explained thoroughly. All in all, a great experience. Certainly would recommend Honda of Joliet and Josh Tornabeni. And we certainly would go back again. More
