I came to Honda because of the reputation Honda brings to the table. What I received, however, was FAR more than I ever could have anticipated or expected. They provided world class service at a time when I believe we are lucky if we get any service what-so-ever. I had a challenging situation at hand and they both took every opportunity to figure out a way to make my situation work so that I could get the car I truly wanted and come out being totally satisfied! I visited many dealerships before ending up at Honda of Joliet and none of them could even come close in comparing to the level of professionalism and care that these individuals displayed in assisting me. I actually felt as though they were like family, doing so much to help me at every step of the selection and buying process. I will recommend this dealership, and Josh and Joe, to everyone I know. This dealership is absolutely wonderful. We cannot say enough great things about our salesman, Richie. He made what is usually a stressful task of car hunting a great experience. We got a fair price for our trade--matching Kelly Blue Book--and brought home two Civics that dealers in our area couldn't match. We had very friendly service from the first phone call until we left the lot and couldn't be more please with our experience! The paperwork took 3 1/2 hours--no kidding--but we are from out of state and were trading one vehicle toward two. It was definitely complicated! On the upside, the clerk in our state's treasurer's office commented that the paperwork was done extremely well, and it's not usually that straight-forward dealing with out-of-state titles. It was a very simple process registering them in our state. More

We have been looking for a mid-sized truck to haul a boat. The Ridgeline we bought was first located online. Called and spoke with Mike Reznick. We went on a test drive during a rain storm and were very pleased with how the vehicle handled. Josh went over the details of the warranty, loan availability, trade in values and the option to lease a vehicle.
