I understand via the internet that Ford Motor Co. was challenged in production of the Lincoln Aviator and Explorer for 2020.I ordered this vehicle 09- I understand via the internet that Ford Motor Co. was challenged in production of the Lincoln Aviator and Explorer for 2020.I ordered this vehicle 09-05-19 to drive to Florida for Christmas.However,Lincoln was challenged in getting this vehicle delivered to the dealership in time for our vacation.Thanks to the effort of Mr. Juul direct involvement with Lincoln we received our 2020 Aviator 12-23-19.We now own 3 Lincolns.This 2020 Aviator,2017 Lincoln mkz and 2010 Lincoln mkx. We paid cash at purchase for all these vehicles ordered from Ford Mo.I also had a 2007 Lincoln mkz and Lincoln continental.These were also ordered form Ford and I paid cash on delivery.I have ordered several other Ford/Mercury vehicles from Ford in the past since 1985.I do not believe it should take a Vehicle manufacturer this amount of time to deliver a new vehicle.This made what should have been a happy experience to a very anxious situation.Thanks again Mr. Juul for your persistence. Fast and easy. Fast and easy is only if you make an appointment first. It used to be so, now I have to make an appointment at least a day or two in advance. Mechanics could use a bit more training when caring for my vehicle. I have watched them try to remove my rear brake drums several times with a hammer and with no success. All it takes a 3inch long metric bolt one will do but two holes are provided. Screw the bolt in and the drums come right off. Also it would be great if they could carry and sell extra qts of motor oil. if I run low I would like to have an extra in the trunk for when and if I am out of town. I have to go all the way over to the parts department in order to buy one. They could stock there. New and used car sales prices are way to high as true for everyone in the business. :( No one I know can afford one even if they do buy one they can not afford it. Some thing wrong going on here for sure. More
