went for an oil change got more than I bargain for 4/26/19 and 4/27/19 Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation they then came to tell me they drained my transmission fluid by accident. To 4/26/19 and 4/27/19 Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation they then came to tell me they drained my transmission fluid by accident. Told me the plugs were right next to each other so it was an easy mistake. Asked to look since I knew they weren't close. They weren't. Person doing the work was new and very nice and apologetic. Told him not to worry things happen. Then waited for them to do the oil change and get the transmission fluid and refill that. In the waiting room for over 1 and a 1/2 hours. Gave me a whole 10 dollars off an 90 dollar bill. Not very generous, but hey... To top if off. Next day I had to go back for another 45 minutes for them to drain the oil again so they could replace the crushed washer they put on because it was leaking in my garage floor. Bottom line I was in the waiting room for 2 and 15 minutes and on the road for an extra hour and they gave me a total of 10 dollars for all my trouble... I don't think it covered the gas! More
