Everyone I dealt with in the Sales Department was very respectful and patient. Obviously, dealers are looking to maximize their bottom line and here is no different. Half the team, including GM, worked late into the night way overtime to finalize the deal (tons of paperwork for purchase coming from out-of-state) and were very patient and professional throughout, really a pleasure to work with! First of all Ms. Kasandra Monteagudo is a wonderful servise rep. When a series of people rely a message they "think" they heard or understood is passed around but in the end is not what was actually said. Secound. The car was returned with both trunk pistons broken. They were working when the car was delivered for service. I will not buy another car nor have have my car serviced by this dealership in the future. So ends our 14 year business relationship. Respectfully submitted More
