It was a Saturday the 9th of April that I took my brother with me to look at the Mini Cooper. When we entered the dealership immediately we were greeted by Shaun Waid. When my wife and I returned two weeks later, Shaun greeted me like an old friend. He was very pleasant, patient and thorough as he demonstrated the fundamental and unique features of the car. We took a test drive, loved the car and went to lunch to decide on which car to purchase. While we were gone Shaun looked up and discovered that the exact car that we wanted was coming in a couple of days and we bought it on the spot. We are very happy with Sharpe & Dan! We were going to trade in our 2006 X3 for a Ford but Dan gave us a deal we couldn't refuse on a new 2011 X3. Had his competition followed up like Dan did, they might have stayed in the game. And Dan did so without being pushy or showing urgency, which is a rare talent. More
