Great sales staff, management and overall dealership! My wife and I were in the market for her "dream car" a Cadillac Escalade. Before setting foot in the dealership we arranged everything with Brooks(Sal My wife and I were in the market for her "dream car" a Cadillac Escalade. Before setting foot in the dealership we arranged everything with Brooks(Sales man) and Ryan the manager. All we had to do was come in and sign. Well after my wife drove the Escalade she realized it was too big for her. She felt so bad since Brooks and Ryan had spent so much time preparing for us and had it ready for delivery for us. Despite this HUGE change of pace by us Brooks didn't miss a beat. He treated us(and our 3 kids who still tell me how much they liked Mr. Brooks.) with respect, integrity and made us feel like we were the only customers in the world despite it being an extemely busy Saturday. After HOURS of test driving and trying to find my wife's new "dream car" we finally found it thanks to Brooks. Ryan (manager) then worked to get all of our paperwork and approval switched from the original vehicle. It was not the smoothest thing, but that is NO fault of Ryan or Brooks. It was our fault for switching everything up on them at the absolute last second. Despite all of that Brooks and Ryan went WAY above and beyond and we can not say enough words to give proper justice to their service, integrity and professionalism. They made us feel welcome, comfortable and NEVER made us feel like a hassle or frustration which, I know given the circumstances, MOST would have. They never blamed us or made us feel bad for changing our minds. They put us at ease and worked diligently for us and ultimately helped us get what my wife truly wanted. A week later and my wife loves her car even more than when we drove off. We could not be happier! This dealership is over an hour away from our home but because of Brooks and Ryan we will be customers for life! Thank you!! More
