There is all kinds of damage on this vehicle. Both quarter panels are bent up from where the tires hit them. The rear tires and wheels are cut and gouged front right fender has a huge dent. Cracked in both front and rear numbers. All kinds of other dents and scratches on all side front and rear. Burns to the interior. And reaks of pot from previous owner. None of this disclosed. Very dishonest people. Nelson asked me to get an estimate and send pictures and he would have his manager get back to me. I still haven’t heard a word from anybody. There is over $15,000 worth of damage to this car. And this is what they call clean. More

Don’t take my word for it, but go ahead and scroll down the many reviews this dealership has received in just the past few months, pay attention to the ones, like mine that are here to worn you, quite honestly because it gives me no pleasure to speak bad about an establishment or their salesman unless they truly deserve it, and here, with all that I am, just like you are now, if you’re new to this space and are considering this place to purchase your next vehicle, I recommend you close the site, back out of the link as swiftly as you can and go anywhere else, because they will not only attempt to send you a lemon, as they did to me buying from California, but then they’ll say, have it checked out by a service repair shop.The forward us their findings and the dealership will determine what they will pay for if anything, including the inspection cost of the repair shop. They push their quick-n-grab money tactics on the car contract, so look out for the dealer prep fee of $599 and the gap insurance $699 and premium car protection insurance of $2500 and the other extra fee’s that they’ll either not tell you about or hurry over it in hopes you don’t realize it’s there. I was unlucky enough to have a very badly running Cadillac CTS sent to me in California, when I say this car was in a bad state, it’s putting it mildly. The car was a filthy mess inside, out side wasn’t better however it was on a truck in delivery so that I understand, however, the moment I backed up the car from the delivery truck I put the car in park and an awful loud rattling vibration of car parts under the carriage was blaring loud and half the infotainments knobs and switches non operational. Then I go take it for a car wash 2 miles down the road and the engine light comes on. Barely had it 2 hours and my heart and excitement plummeted to nothing. From that point onward, it has been a living nightmare to say the least to deal with the salesman and especially the so called management team. I won’t specifically name, names at this moment but I’ll simply state the manager’s initials, M.H, I’ll reserve the right to come back and name this individual if need be. Folks I did that because as it is, that lemon Cadillac they sent me, I was given the choice to exchange the car, transportation paid out of my own pocket for 2nd car to be sent. I should not have had to pay anything, what is that dealer prep charge for if they’re gonna send a customer a car in that condition? They did absolutely nothing to that first car to ensure any kind of standard. I have video and images I wish I could share. I am here with the 2nd car I paid to have sent over, no paperwork accompanying it to register it, it’s been over a month since I’ve had it and counting. The loan on first car is still reflecting at the capital one auto finance, so I’m currently racking up late charges, 50-60 days late with a threat to my credit score if this infos reported now 3 month old out dated contract as I speak is still in place for a vehicle that they finally have had picked up and back in their possession for a month or so already but that vehicle and that old contract is still on capitol one’s account for me after I was told months ago by, Zac salesman that it would be cancelled out. At latest update, manager M.H is refusing to tell me what the hold up with the capital one financial is because I refuse to call him on the phone! Yes ladies and gentlemen, my credit score, my peace of mind, an ending to this most painful, time wasting and insufferable experience I am continuing to have because of some child’s play, unprofessional actor such as M.H is withholding this important information, refusing to put it in writing because, why? Afraid his words might be something he must stand by? This is not joke and I am not over speaking here about this situation, do you want this problem? More

Good morning and thank you for your time. I have been waiting for delivery now for over a week. I expressed a little bit of frustration and unpleasantry as well as disappointment in the matter because I was told that the car woul be delivered Wednesday to Friday of last week. Then I was told that it would be delivered Sunday or Monday only to be told that it looks like tomorrow 10/3/2023 will be the delivery date. I have been given all these delivery dates with no updating unless I call in to see what’s going on and it’s frustrating. I was also shown pictures of the car both when buying the car and when they loaded the vehicle to ship and when I asked the sales guy Will if it was an all possible to tint the windows darker I was told yes it could be done. Well looking at the pictures I noticed the car looked to have the similar tint it had before so I asked Will if it had been changed only to get told let me look into the matter and I will get back to you and I was never gotten back to. I text the following day to see what was going on and was told this “ Brother ofc I get commission on it but I am also super busy with many other ppl in the same position - I’m trying my best to keep up. I will always respond to a message. The email of tracking says 2 days within 9/30 and they usually do it before which is why I said likely Friday. Maybe there was a delay because of tint or insurance or something additional you know. Have you tried calling the dispatcher ?” I have had the insurance to Will since 9/20/23 so it wasn’t an insurance matter as he told me he received it immediately after me getting it and as for the tint he was unsure if it had even got replaced hence the reason he was supposed to get back to me but never did. To me it looks like the same tint that was on the vehicle when I saw pictures prior to buying the vehicle and the pictures I received loading it up on the trailer. I’m sorry to rant and keep this message ongoing but I am extremely disappointed and unhappy. More

I originally bought a 2019 escalade from this dealer and was told upon inspection of it that it was found to have a defective transmission. I was told that they would search for another escalade for me. I told my salesperson that was fine but that my credit union needed the check returned because the payment is vehicle specific. It took almost 3 weeks for the money to be returned. I ended incurring a $222 interest charge for this. I was told that it would be refunded to me once I take delivery of the next vehicle. They ended up finding a 2018 Cadillac escalade that took a little over 3 weeks to have delivered to me. There was no communication during this time about the status. I was told that it was bought from another dealer and they had to get it to their location to be checked out and reconditioned. The vehicle I bought arrived to me very dirty inside and out. Extensive rust in the engine area and underneath the truck. The passenger rear bumper was coming off. The front driver side panel in the wheel well is coming off. The wooden moulding over the nav system is chipped. Various parts and pieces were missing or damaged on the interior of the vehicle. The paint on the hood and top of the vehicle is chipped and fading. Inside of the vehicle has a funny odor. It was delivered with very little gas. I've only driven it around the block since it was delivered and probably barely have enough gas to get to the gas station. Called to let them know that I did not want the vehicle. Per the contract I'm responsible for getting the vehicle back to them and also picking up the vehicle they find as a replacement. I am 563 miles away from this dealer. Also, I'm in the market for certain vehicle and don't want just any vehicle. I now understand why the verbiage in the contract is written as it is. I have a hard time understanding how a supposed high end car dealership would send out such junk to a customer. If you are wanting to buy from them make sure you go and check out the vehicle first. There is not a spot for me to post pictures of the truck but I really wish those reviewing this could see it! More
