I purchased my vehicle on March 28, 2022 in good faith that I would have my vehicle delivered by 1 April 2022 as stated by the salesman named Dizzy. I did not receive the vehicle until April 8, 2022. I was informed that the cost of shipping was too high so they were wanting a better rate but I told them I would pay for it just to get my vehicle because they did not honor the initial agreement. ⚠️ WARNING…I saw the Taverna Collection response on another complaint about delivery and they stated unprecedented amount but I confirmed with the delivery company for my vehicle it was only $100 more than it normally costs. Additionally, today is May 20, 2022 and I have yet to receive my license plate or the documents needed to get my license plate. I spoke with the company because my temporary tag is expired and they emailed me another temporary tag today. They also informed me that my vehicle documents has been accepted by my state DMV and they are awaiting a response. I contacted my state DMV and they said they don’t have anything. This has been such a frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. I bought the vehicle March 28, 2022 and I’m still having problems May 20, 2022. More
