Below average experience, car description and service check were a straight lie. Three of the four wheels were bent, one welded, belt drive cracked, oil pan gasket leak, master cylinder & brake booster t check were a straight lie. DON'T ever do business with this dealer - especially Director of Sales Nick Boustead - TOTALLY LAME AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Deal terms fully agreed for 2014 Porsche Panamera GTS with the sales person Heath Director of Sales Nick Boustead - TOTALLY LAME AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Then boss Nick calls and says they won't provide their inspect report as agreed and won't honor a 7-day return deal term even though they've already provided it in writing. When I question him about it he provides xx answer that he's worried he'd have problems getting the car back. But he's willing to do 7-day exchange. What? If he gets the car back in an exchange deal how is he not getting the car back on the return - such lame xx, All because he got A LITTLE SENSITIVE when I probed him with a few questions - threw a fit and sabotaged the deal. This is my first remote used car purchase and I have to say it was truly White glove service from start to finish. I stopped into the Taverna Collection last week because I saw their inventory online and it had alot of the cars I was looking for. I worked with a salesman named Bryan who was very helpful. He even told me my car's value for resale won't be affected if stuff isn't reported to CARFAX. xxxxxxxx o That's why I bought this one because it had a clean CARFAX.
