He brushed off the bad reviews as nothing more than “disgruntled buyers” who had purchased cheap, older cars and got exactly what they paid for. He assured me I wasn’t one of those buyers. I’d be getting an excellent car, and I was putting down a significant amount. He made it clear I wouldn’t have a bad experience. Like any salesman, he knew how to convince me to move forward. Buying a car always has its ups and downs, and I did everything I could to make the process smooth. This sale should have been any competent salesman’s dream. It could and should have been simple. And still, here I am, two weeks after purchase, only now receiving my temporary plates and registration, not because of an outside delay, but because the dealership never sent them. The car itself wasn’t delivered until ten days after purchase, despite being told more than once it was “going out today.” Every day was a new empty promise. I was told in writing they would cover my rental car extension due to shipping delays and pay my first month’s payment because of the extended late delivery. Neither happened. No reimbursement. No reply. I called the dealership multiple times and reached out to management directly to try to get these basic issues resolved. Still, they refused to fix any of it or even communicate honestly. Throughout this entire process, every reasonable attempt I made to get an update or support, including before and after the car was delivered, was ignored. I couldn’t even legally drive the car I had put $15,000 down on, and they did the bare minimum to resolve the issue two weeks after the sale. Don’t bother emailing them. They don’t want anything in writing that shows what they promised and failed to do. On top of all that, they disregarded my clear requests about the financing terms. I asked for a specific structure I easily qualified for, and they ignored it completely. This review is not written in haste or out of frustration. It comes after giving this dealership every chance to correct their mistakes, follow through, and act like a reputable business. They failed at every step. Buyers: please be aware. Jeremy Mora- Initial salesman who went completely AWOL after the sale. Alon Kleiman-salesman promised a full tank of gas. Candice Williams, Office Manager who had the car delivered to my house without gas, without a second key, without temporary license tags and even without the 2 bolts to hold them! Nick Boustead, General Manager ignored my written letters but instructed Candice Williams to call me and offer $150 to appease my complaints. But of course, the check was never written! I tried to make this purchase a simple one but this dealership behaves much more like a typical “used car xxxxxxx!” More
