Unusualy pleasant experience! I had been diligently searching for a Porsche Boxster no older than 2009 for over 3 months. I had little to no luck finding anything I liked. I extend I had been diligently searching for a Porsche Boxster no older than 2009 for over 3 months. I had little to no luck finding anything I liked. I extended my search to 2013 and luckily I found an ad for a car at the Taverna Collection that seemed to meet my criteria. I expressed my interest via the on-line ad and was connected to Nick Boustead, who was able to answer all my questions. I explained my car criteria to Nick, and included my "demands" for a fair deal and no-nonsense out the door price. Nick invited me to come see and test drive the car. After the test drive my wife and I went to Nick's office and told him I liked the car but my purchase was contingent on his "offer". He immediately printed out his offer (he already had it ready to print) and explained the "deal" to us. I was impressed by his honesty AND the deal he made me, which met all my criteria! My wife and I are very happy with the 2013 Porsche Boxster, the price we paid and the way Nick treated us with respect and honesty! I can certainly highly recommend Taverna and Nick Boustead and we will definitely visit him for any future car purchases we may consider. Remember folks, if you’re buying a 155K car for 30 or 40K, to save on depreciation, it’s still a 155K car (insurance, repairs, regular service, etc.). Do your homework, be realistic. With that said, Reny, is very flexible, and even offered to take the car back if I didn’t like it. Their service department has finely skilled technicians who know what they’re doing. I am strongly considering purchasing my next car “sight unseen” from Taverna Collection, now that I have a source I can trust. More

I live in MN and recently purchased a 2007 Quattroporte from Taverna. It was my first time buying a car out of state so needless to say I was pretty nervous about it. Nick helped get some odds and ends f from Taverna. It was my first time buying a car out of state so needless to say I was pretty nervous about it. Nick helped get some odds and ends fixed before shipping the car and it arrived with no issues. However...there were some problems with the car. Nick and John (the owner) worked with me to correct the issues and I can say I was very impressed and happy that they did. I take full responsibility that I am buying a used car but the team at Taverna stepped up and helped me get what I needed fixed. Any dealer could have just turned a blind eye, but with some patience and understanding they hooked me up! What could have been a really bad situation, they earned my trust to want to do business with them again. Thanks Taverna team and I look forward to my next Maserati!! More

I felt like she was honest and answered my many questions with straight forward answers. I never felt like she was trying to sugar coat anything, or hide anything or "sell me". Which I appreciated. Additionally, I started my search online from Michigan. I purchased the vehicle from them while I was in the area on vacation. Reny was great at responding to my emails and answering my initial questions to make sure the vehicle was worth looking at while on vacation, etc. She provided a video of the car at my request and even pointed out some obvious flaws that I would not have saw in the marketing photos so when I arrived I had a good sense of the car's condition. Overall, it was a positive experience. Thanks Reny! More

I drove an hour to see their Maserati ghibli that the ad said was in excellent condition with no warning lights. When I showed up the salesman was busy and handed me the keys and told me to go look at the c said was in excellent condition with no warning lights. When I opened up the door I noticed the interior was in horrible shape. The seats warn, nobs missing from the dash, rips in the door upholstery near the seatbelt latch and warn roof upholstery. Most of the interior was warn. I went back to the salesman and told him this wasn’t the car for me. He asked me what was wrong and as I started to explain to him the warn seats, he asked me condescendingly “have you ever owned a Maserati before” I said no. He said well if I did, then I would know that the seats wear very easily in a Maserati. I thought that was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. To make a long story short. He was arrogante and condescending so I decided to leave. As I was driving home, he called me and told me he had a very busy day and was too busy to deal with me. He was insulting and rude. My impression is the cars they have are mostly auction cars that are in horrible shape and nothing you would expect from a high end dealer. This is more of a buy here pay here low quality car dealership. Do not let their fake ads and fake pictures fool you. More
