my review I had a very warm welcome and though the fellow who greeted me had just joined the department, he seemed fairly knowledgeable. While he and I were talking, Chris (with whom I'm well acquainted), did break into explain about some services that would not apply to my particular car. Chris was professional and although he addressed the young man I was talking to, he was polite and articulate explaining that updates were always coming in. I appreciate that he told BOTH of us this and did NOT wait until I had left to explain this as it was something that I needed to know as well. I hope that the 'new' fellow felt the same as Chris was not demeaning; more just informative. More
