Job well done! We did not ourselves take our Honda to Bay City but our son-in-law volunteered to take it for the recall. We are getting a bit too old for driving distances and bless our family for being there for us to get the necessary recall accomplished. Our son-in-law's experience was great as he didn't have any problem with taking care of getting the Honda fixed for us. And we are extremely grateful to him for doing this for us as he had to come from Perry MI to our home in Harrisville in order to take the car in for us. Hopefully, our Honda will not need further trips to Bay City! If it needs service from Honda, it is a bit of a hardship for us to take it to you ourselves. Too bad you aren't located closer! I must also add that it is a great little car and we are very pleased with it. Lois Carey More

On time, did what I needed done I added remote start to my Odyssey. Even though it would've been cheaper to go third party, I wanted OEM parts. When you contact the dealer, they tell you that this model doesn't have this feature. You should have bought the car with the leather seats. Then, to add a heaping, helping of salt to the raw wound they tell you, "No, we cannot help you. You then explain that you weren't expecting anything for free and will gladly pay for the model with this feature, you are still told they cannot help you.. You explain that the Serious XM Satellite radio that you can get from the satellite company is frustrating to use because the car radio has to be set to an FM frequency that is not being used and the satellite radio has to be tuned to that same channel to work. The sound is awful and the radio connection cuts off frequently. Trying to set the radio channels poses extreme difficulty, too. Honda, you blew it! More

Straightforward, friendly, fast Took my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid in because the SRS light was on. There was also a recall notice on the passenger airbag. It was only an hour to do both, and the SRS light check ended up being free because it concerned a seatbelt tensioner, which is covered under Honda's lifetime warranty on seatbelts. Cody, who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and all the dealership and service center staff I encountered were positive and welcoming. I would gladly rely on Thelen Bay City for any other serious problems I might encounter. More

The only thing that still concerns me is that I pointed out that the tire pressure warning light was on when I arrived (I mentioned it), and it is still on. We briefly discussed that cold weather might be the problem, but I don't know at all how concerned I should be about this. More
