I am so completely thrilled with my entire experience at Theodore Robins Ford. My vehicle was hit from the rear and needed a new bumper +. George personally made sure that I had an excellent customer service experience from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up. He even gave me a ride to the rental company and brought my car up right away when I arrived. It was GORGEOUS. The rear bumper and sensor were replaced and the entire car was detailed out. Even the tires! The paint job matched perfectly and some minor imperfections not related to the bumper were fixed. I am over the moon driving my Nissan Maxima again and feel like a valued customer. This was all accomplished in 6 days and I couldn’t have asked for better service from anyone. Consider them for your bodywork if you ever need it. I highly recommend them for any model or make. More
