I come all the way to this location from O'Hare Airport for an oil change because all the other dealerships say they allow walk ins but when you arrive they say you have to have an appointment, but Thomas for an oil change because all the other dealerships say they allow walk ins but when you arrive they say you have to have an appointment, but Thomas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Highland always have honored their word and allowed me to walk in for an oil change without an appointment. Just brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance - oil change & tire rotation - Service Tech suggested a cabin filter - which I appreciated and had it placed - and he also told me there was a recall on th change & tire rotation - Service Tech suggested a cabin filter - which I appreciated and had it placed - and he also told me there was a recall on the Jeep that they could take care of while the car was there. Certainly appreciated that! Service Tech was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Made for a pleasant experience. More

Our salesperson was Faye. She was laid back and not pushy. I really appreciate her patience with us. We gave her a price point and she helped us to reach it. Now, some may have taken advantage of the situation since I didn't question it, but this team acknowledged it, corrected it, and gave me a discount for the error and my time. The honesty in this situation was very much appreciated and I respect the team much more now.
