We mentioned that our vehicle had been in twice within the past year & at least on one occasi Jami promptly took care of us. He asked us our concerns. As it turned out, the warranty was covered by the warranty so we had to pay our deductible Now our vehicle is sounding & running great & we are very happy about all that. More

Fantastic and friend employees Me and my boyfriend went in to get a car around the 14th of August and we're seen by Jay. He helped us pick out a charger that was in our budget!! He politely asked what type of car I was looking for so I explained to him that I was looking for a practical car for travel to and from work as I had just gotten a new job that would require me to drive a lot more than I currently was. Jason then led me to the lot and showed me several options until I decided on a car that fit my needs. I explained what I could afford per month as a car payment and what my highest limit would be in terms of a car payment. Jason assured me that he would do his best to get my perfect car within my price range. After working with finance, Jason was able to get my monthly payment down to $50 less per month than I had expected! He was very professional and practical to ensure that my needs were met. I'm very happy with my choice of Thomas Dodge in Highland - the staff and environment exceeded my expectations. More

Such a terrible experience August 9th I came here to see about trading in my charger. I had my charger to trade and $500 cash to put down. The night before coming here I searche August 9th I came here to see about trading in my charger. I had my charger to trade and $500 cash to put down. The night before coming here I searched their inventory online to see what was available and what I could afford. Mind you, I don't have good credit. I made sure to express this to my salesman and let him know im NOT looking for a new car. My budget for payments was around 200/220 a month. I had the misfortune of working with Jason. I showed him pictures of the cars I saw online that I thought I could afford. The 1st one I asked to see what a jeep liberty compass. We test drove it and found that the passenger side wheel was really shakey when driving. Jason told us it was the sway bar that needed to be replaced. His response "oh yea, it's the sway bar, if I fix it will you take this home today?" Uhh no. First off this is literally the 1st car i've driven and it has problems, I'm not going to commit to a car that starts off this way. The 2nd car he brought me was a 2018 Nissan Sentra. As soon as I saw it I told him i couldn't afford it. To which he replied "my boss says it's in your price range, let's take it for a drive". I told him again I knew I couldn't afford it but he insisted he could make it affordable for me. Drove it, loved it and Jason chimes in again "so what's stopping you from taking this home today?" To which I replied, "the payments. I can only afford 220 a month MAX." we go inside and he tries to get me financed for it. Payments come out to 390 a month for 36 months. Sooo I'm guessing he missed the part where I told him 220 was the maximum payment I could afford. when I tell him I can't afford 390 a month, he starts to badger me. This is the exact conversation we had: Jason: ok, how about 380 Me: no, 220 Jason: 360 Me: no, 220 Jason: 350 Me: I literally told you 220 like 10xs already. Jason: 340 Me: no Jason: 320 This goes on until he gets all the way down to 240. Jason: 240, what's $20 extra dollars outside of your budget? Me: $20 pays for 2 of my kids school lunches for a week, I can't afford an extra $20 a month. Jason: well then you're going to need a lot less car. Me: I know this, this is why I told you I wasn't looking for a new car and wanted to stay less than 10k. He gets up and walks away without saying anything. I had previously asked to see a 2012 ford fusion. He brings around a 2011 stick shift ford fusion without even asking if I could drive a stick. While opening the doors and hood of this car, he hands me a paper saying they're only giving me $500 trade in value on my car. Again, i've already told him that I listed my charger online for 2k and had been offered 1500 cash for it and that I wouldn't take less than 1500 trade in value for it. (If that were the case, i'd have sold it for cash and used that cash to put down on the car). So I tell him that I'm not interested in looking at any more cars if they're only giving me 500 value for my perfectly running charger and that i'd like my car keys to leave.This is happening while my fiance is inside the ford fusion he brought around. The door closed and none of the door handles on the inside worked. Jason had a quick response "so im guessing you don't want to drive this one either then?" So I told him that we didn't want to test drive a car that we couldn't get out of without rolling down a window to open the door from outside. His response "I'm going to have to get my manager. The 1st car I brought you was perfect and you didn't want that either, I really don't get what you expect out of this, maybe if you had more money or better credit" to which I responded, please just give me my car keys so I can leave. He ignored me and went to get his manager who finally made him give me my car keys (which he had lost/left in the jeep we had previously driven). I left crying and embarrassed bc he pretty much announced my financial situation to everyone on the lot. The ONLY person worth anything at this place was Joe. He heard everything that happened and even followed up with me the next day to see if he could make it right. More
