Our recent purchase with Sales Associate Jason Smith was a pleasant experience. I was shopping for a second mid size SUV. I test drove other vehicles at other dealerships before making our decision to stop at the Jeep dealership. Jason listened to my requirements and answered my questions locking in on what would be a good fit for me. - size, price range, features. He offered me a few selections. I had a few requirements I wanted. He was patient and brought me my requests to test drive. We had previous experience with Nady from when we purchased our other Jeep. Again, great customer service. Good Service but Dishonest I brought my car in for an oil change and wheel rotation. The service was excellent and I was on my way in an hour. As I left the dealership, I noti I brought my car in for an oil change and wheel rotation. The service was excellent and I was on my way in an hour. As I left the dealership, I noticed a noise underneath the vehicle that was not the when I brought it in. I turned around and went directly back. They took the car into the shop right away and about 10 minutes later the Service Advisor approached me with an oil drain shield in her hand and explained the the cap that fits in the center hole is held on by a clip that broke off, and this was the cause of the noise. When I questioned why it was fine when I brought the car in but was not fine immediately after the Service tech had accessed it, she told me " it just happens". I have been driving cars for a long time, I've seen this before, and I have a son who is a mechanic. I know this does not just happen. Had they repaired it and covered the cost of their error, I would have accepted it. Since they denied any error on their part and charged me for the part they just lost a customer, and one who is looking for a new car. More
